About Me

Biography

Vicki Zhang is a sophomore from Baltimore, MD double majoring in Dance and Computer Science at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her interests include dancing(ballet, modern, traditional Chinese, etc.), drawing, making GIFs, photography, and so much more! After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in dance and computer science, she plans to work at an organization to create new/better programs while having a side job as a dance teacher in order to spread the arts to others. 

She wishes to explore and acquire new forms of creativity through her experience as a College Park Arts Scholar. She is also looking forward to viewing and learning different styles of art that will be offered virtually this year. For her university experience, she plans to expand her leadership by being a part of Scholars Peer Mentors and e-board for some school organizations. With this leadership, she hopes to help and provide comfort for others as they transition into their college life.
